Amarinth delivers 18m-long pumps for brand new Indian FPSO

Amarinth has accomplished a US$1.5 million order from Armada Madura for six API 610 VS4 vertical pumps for a brand new FPSO being constructed for India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

pressure gauge ไฮ ด รอ ลิ ค of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps that are 18m in length and the other 4 are methanol raise pumps which are 10m long.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and built alongside the length of the pumps to watch the temperature of every bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout installation making certain that as the pump is lowered into the tank it stays completely aligned, reducing vibration and wear throughout operation.
Once assembled, the pumps had been independently witness examined and authorized by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps were then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being built.
The pump delivery and set up needed to align with the FPSO construct schedule. Because of the size of the pumps, they needed to be put in into the vessel’s tanks via the deck before another deck above the pumps might be constructed. The first section was accomplished successfully over the Christmas period with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning group supporting the client with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO might be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 field, roughly 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. เกจวัดความดันแก๊ส is designed to produce up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It shall be equipped to handle the monsoon situations prevalent at the field.
