Industrial Flow Solutions to acquire Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater functions, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of personal fairness firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is house to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for set up.
