US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, high product strains and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 workers.
