Sulzer sanctioned in Poland

Sulzer has to briefly suspend the activities of its two authorized entities in Poland – Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Poland and Sulzer Turbo Services Poland – because of sanctions levied by the Polish authorities on its Russian minority shareholder Viktor Vekselberg.

The firm says it’s going to proceed to do every thing in its energy to petition for a removing from the sanctions record, whereas absolutely complying with the sanctions currently levied in opposition to Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Poland and Sulzer Turbo Services Poland.
Sulzer has 192 employees in Poland and the group is constant to offer support to the families impacted by the local Polish sanctions.
If the suspension had been to last, the potential influence on Sulzer’s sales is limited to CHF21 million, which represents 0.6% of the group’s whole sales in 2021.
Sulzer isn’t sanctioned in another nation or authorized entity.
