Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two firms have signed a joint agreement that will deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
