Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps accommodates no shifting elements that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the need for ancillary gear corresponding to dry run safety, seal water flush techniques and in-line check valves. A hose change takes only minutes and can be performed in-situ without special tools or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and maintenance personnel and the environment from undesirable spillages or publicity to chemicals. Flow is completely unbiased of suction and discharge situations. เกจวัดแรงดูด is precision machined to make sure circulate stability and pump performance in robust fluid handling applications.
These industrial pumps achieve move rates up to 475 GPM, transferring as a lot as 80% solids in suspension.
